Jose Malki Higuera

He began his fire service career at 18, becoming Nogales' youngest paramedic at 19. Now a Fire Captain and Hazmat Coordinator, he holds numerous rescue and leadership certificates and a Bachelor’s in Business Management, currently pursuing an MBA. Founder of the Public Safety Global Alliance, he supports first responders worldwide, trains new firefighters, and has coordinated international hazardous materials drills on the U.S./Mexico border.
